My passion for helping concussion patients began with my own recovery — I've healed from two concussions myself, so I know first-hand how disorienting it is to not feel like yourself, and how much it matters to have someone who looks for the real cause and walks the recovery path with you.

I'm a naturopathic doctor with a professional certificate in Complete Concussion Management, and I help my patients heal through clinical nutrition, physical therapies, lifestyle changes, and stress-management techniques. A long-time resident of Oakville and a mother of two, I was inspired to enter this profession by my mentor, Dr. Darlene Gustin, ND.
